Waiting for hot patch availability outside of Azure Arc. When will this happen?

One option to get hotpatching without Azure Arc today is to use Windows Server Datacenter: Azure Edition. (Which is available to Azure Local customers.) There are currently no plans to enable that on other editions, although we always keep looking for customer feedback and new opportunities. If you are interested in hotpatching without Azure Arc, what other tools would you prefer to use for update management, orchestration and tracking?
We would like to have Hotpatching in WSUS to use it for our 20000 onprem Server ConfigMgr managed environment. Currently we don't have any plans to move to Azur Arc due to limited fuctionality and dependency on customized internal Reporting Solution which Azure can't provide.
Utilize SCCM/MEM for air gapped on-prem environments. We are in a regulated environment and we want hot patching, but cannot go to the internet. The option would be to integrate with Winget and use that as a replacement for WSUS, allowing both SCCM/MEM or a third party patching solution such as KACE
