Are there any plans to bring some of the Windows Optional features like RSAT or Hyper-V to Windows ARM clients?

  Hyper-V is available on Windows 11 Arm devices. You can download VHDX file from below location. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewarm64 https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/arm/faq#windows-on-arm-virtual-machine-faq
