Since configuring 'Specify source service for specific classes of Windows Updates' to point Windows 11 to install quality updates from WSUS (disabling Dual Scan), computers pointing to a WSUS server get a 0x800f0950 error when trying to install any Features on Demand (e.g. NET Framework 3.5, or Server Core App Compatibility https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/get-started/server-core-app-compatibility-feature-on-demand). The only fix appears to be to temporarily change the SetPolicyDrivenUpdateSourceForQualityUpdates registry key.
