What is the quickest way to switch Office from Current Channel to Monthly Enterprise Channel?

We changed the channel of all of our installed instances of Office 365 using an Intune Config Profile. It was a device targeted profile using the Settings Catalog

    Looks like it can be done using GPO - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployoffice/updates/change-update-channels#change-the-update-channel-with-group-policy Not a method i've used personally though
