It looks like that is all about troubleshooting joining the device to Entra ID. The devices seem to be successfully joined to Entra ID, just not successfully enrolled into Intune. I can see up-to-date information on the devices in the Entra admin center, but they don't show up at all in the Intune portal.

May 16, 2024Correct. The first step in troubleshooting enrollment is to validate that the join was complete successfully though. Showing in Entra does not validate this so you really need to validate this first. Once you've validated that, see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/mem/intune/device-enrollment/troubleshoot-device-enrollment-in-intune for information on troubleshooting enrollment.
