Hello! I am an admin in a mixed MacOS/PC environment. Currently, all users in my company that are on a Mac have access to the Bing Enterprise Chat features built into Microsoft Edge. All my users on the Windows side do not have access to these features. All entitlement policies I have set are for "All Users", and my Mac and Windows users are all on the same version of Edge. Our Macs are managed through a third-party MDM (Mosyle), and our Windows computers are managed in Intune. Not sure if this is the best place for this inquiry, but every time I open a ticket with Microsoft support, they are adamant that I am trying to get help with Copilot for Microsoft 365 🙂

In the meantime, we're making some assumptions about licensing (all users are licensed with M365 E3 or E5, or F3 or F5, or are school faculty with A3 or A5), and that users are logging into Edge with their org account. Hey Joe! I appreciate it! Yes, all users have an E3 license and are logged into Edge using their work account. I believe everything is setup according to the documentation, but I will double check in the morning to make sure I have everything setup to a T, and will report back with my findings!
