For clarification regarding updates coming to Outlook set to occur January 28th and February 11th: Will these updates affect the functionality of Classic Outlook for users? Furthermore, will Classic Outlook retain compatibility during the implementation of Windows 11 and throughout this transition period? We are also interested in receiving strategies for the timely implementation of the new Outlook to facilitate a gradual rollout, which may be tailored to accommodate staff members who are accustomed to Classic Outlook.
Enterprise (M365 E3/5) customers are not impacted. They were deferred until early 2026.
Business (Premium) users can manually opt back to classic outlook manually and stay there until 2026.
