Hello! I am an admin in a mixed MacOS/PC environment. Currently, all users in my company that are on a Mac have access to the Bing Enterprise Chat features built into Microsoft Edge. All my users on the Windows side do not have access to these features. All entitlement policies I have set are for "All Users", and my Mac and Windows users are all on the same version of Edge. Our Macs are managed through a third-party MDM (Mosyle), and our Windows computers are managed in Intune.

Hi there, have you checked out Frequently asked questions about Copilot | Microsoft Learn , specifically the "Managing Access" section which walks through the steps to check how to ensure users have the access you desire to Copilot (formerly Bing Chat Enterprise).
