In Intune, a Win32 app that has dependencies attached would install those dependencies before it checked the requirement rule(s) on the main application. This has lead to a number of issues where dependencies have been installed even if the main application is not required on a particular computer. Is there a plan to change this so the requirements rule(s) are checked first?
