As Windows Updates keeps improving to work better, more efficient with newer OSs like Windows 10 21H2 or Windows 11, will this eventually affect older unsupported versions of Windows 10 or Windows 7 from receiving Windows Updates ?

Thank you for the question! The newer versions would be able to take advantage of the updating innovations; older versions would continue to be updated as usual throughout their support lifecycles. If a device is running an out-of-service version of Windows 10 or 7 (or any version for that matter) tit would not receive any updates.
