Can I use Intune to install software and define policies in Business? Sure, I need an Intune license for that. But is it possible?

Yes, you can! If you have MDM auto-enrollment configured and have an active Intune subscription, your "Business" Cloud PCs can be managed in Endpoint Manager just like any other Windows device in your organization. However, certain features (like provisioning, management, troubleshooting, reporting, etc.) are only made available for customers with "Enterprise" Cloud PC licenses.
