An occasional Intune limitation versus SCCM has been with Win32 apps and MSIs when doing app packaging and deployments. After the apps are uploaded to the MS Endpoint Manager portal, you can't get the app content back readily (without digging though the management extension folder on the clients). For example, if the source files got lost that went into the .IntuneWin file, or if you wanted to export it for transfer elsewhere. It would be very nice if there was a link in the app's properties to re-download the package source content from the portal, along with the config of the app definition, such as detection rules and command line switches.

It can be used to Pack files/folders into an .intunewin file and to extract original files/folders from an “.intunewin” file. I've tested that, works as expected :-) And to get back your PowerShell Scripts in Intune, use scripts here (from "Micke-K"): https://github.com/Micke-K/IntuneManagement
