SSO for W365 Ent has been a great feature but the issue of disconnecting the RDP session after X minutes of inactivity is frustrating. As I understand it, the disconnection of the RDP session has to do with how SSO handles logging into the CPC. My question is will there be any change to allow the CPC session to lock instead of disconnect the RDP session?
Some organizations must implement a Clear Desk Clear Screen policy as part of their cyber security policies. The policy among other things, sets the inactivity time limit before a computer is locked. In the case of SSO with W365, this forces a disconnect of the RDP session.
