On another forum there's been a lot of negative feedback on Microsoft's intention to charge for remote control with MEM, which is understandable since it's included in MECM. We want MORE capability with remote management using MEM, such as the ability to connect without user interaction (e.g., just require local admin rights with MFA), not just parity with MECM. And, we want it included in our Intune licensing.
Agreed. MSPs will NEVER pay for this service. Remote Help MUST be included with Business Premium, E3, E5, and F1/F3. NO EXCEPTIONS
