hope to attend the next events (link removed)
- EricStarkerFormer EmployeeGlad you're interested in the next event! We've removed the link from your reply, as we don't allow third-party links on Tech Community to avoid ads/self-promotion interfering with users' experiences. Sorry about that.
- RockUTCopper ContributorI did not get a notice about the apr 5th event why am i not getting these notifications?
- sabinmarketingOccasional ReaderHello, check your notifications in settings, turn them on so you don't miss anything.
- treestryderSteel ContributorWe are moving away from on-prem AD and Configuration Manager to AAD and Intune. One of our primary problems has been finding "Autopilot Ready" or "Drop-ship-able" devices. Thought we were having success with Dell, until we wiped one of their PCs and found they had injected an old driver for their RAID controller that does not survive a Wipe. As a workaround we now change the drive mode in the BIOS as their PCs come in. My question is, is there a certification or other way to find or be assured a device is ready for Autopilot / modern management?
- TLADSCopper Contributorwill Remote Help need to be licensed for every end user that get's helped. or does it really only need to be licensed per support technician?

Did you watch the management breakout at the Windows hybrid work event on April 5th? Bookmark https://aka.ms/WindowsEvent to catch up on demand and check out The endpoint manager's guide to what's coming in Windows 11 and What's next in Windows 365 for hybrid work.
- William_Turnley_0RSCopper ContributorI will be sure to check it out, Eric. Thanks! The one question I can't get answered is why I cannot show a picture on a folder, as I could in Windows 10. Perhaps that will give me some insight. Thanks!
- ANDREW BARBERCopper ContributorLooking forward to AutoPilot into Co-management. We currently need to hybrid join during autopilot using a thick app with start before logon. We dynamically look for machines that have completed Autopilot to target the SCCM client afterwards and that whole process feels clunky and awkward.
