Joe_Lurie I apologize, I said feature updates, but I meant Quality Updates, as demonstrated in the video. If a device is pre-provisioned, will the Quality update get applied during the pre-provisioning process or after the user signs in for the first time?

They will get applied after the user signs-in through the regular Settings -> Windows Update process.
