Is there a chance to use Windows Backup for Organizations for certain set of devices, or does it apply to the entire organization only?
MicrosoftThe Windows Backup policy can be configured to target set of devices or users. The Windows Restore policy on the Enrollment page is applied to the entire tenant. The Windows Restore policy on the Settings catalog can be device targeted though (note: this will only apply to the Restore experience during first sign-in). Windows Backup for Organization is included with Windows and does not require additional license.
