My organization previously had concerns with the early release of Windows Analytics as it could potentially capture confidential data or data that was under data compliance scope. Is there a new Gov version of Analytics that falls with GCC compliance requirements.

Three part answer: We publish supporting documentation to help you review what diagnostic data gets collected at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/privacy/configure-windows-diagnostic-data-in-your-organization#enable-windows-diagnostic-data-processor-configuration . Then, we are constantly looking at ways to give you more confidence in using services that rely on windows diagnostic data. We just added an option where you can become the controller of windows diagnostic data https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/privacy/configure-windows-diagnostic-data-in-your-organization#enable-windows-diagnostic-data-processor-configuration . This configuration still requires commercial cloud, but support ISO and SOC2 compliance certifications. We think about this data processor configuration as the first step on the journey to obtain additional certifications.

I may be missundertanding the information provided by David_Mebane
"Update Compliance (formerly part of Windows Analytics) and its current feature set will continue to be supported. We are currently evaluating whether or not to add new reports centered around Windows 11 readiness."
As my organization does not use Intune or SCCM , is my only option Update compliance? If so my last understanding is that Update compliance does not meet GCC requirements.

Does this mean i will not be able to use Windows Analytics for device readiness verification and App compatibility verification?
