It's theoretically possible, but you'd have to repackage one of them with a new MSIX family name. The feature compares the family name of the package to prevent that due to it having unforeseen consequences. If you know what you are doing and can fix any issues it's do-able. For 99% of people I'd say it's not necessary/worth the work You could just give them a different remote app on another host pool to avoid any repackaging.
