Moving forward will employees be able to better manage their own devices through https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ as right now they can't only review and select to disable devices no longer active. Will additional features be made available to give end users/employees more control. Not sure if this fits in with the Intune or Configuration Manager discussion but thought I would ask since it popped up in my mind.

MicrosoftHi ChrisWilliams, the myaccount AAD portal is specific to AAD identity and not device management per se. For device management, Company Portal and the Web Company portal are the preferred destinations for end-users to perform admin activity for their devices. There are discussions and investigations around slowly merging these separate portals or at least more tightly integrating them thus offering the end-users a single portal for all of their needs. There is no more specific public information around this effort today, however, what would you like to see added that would benefit your organziation?

It seems right now yes there are discrepancies for how a end user would go about managing their own devices and as you mentioned in that statement it is good to know there is work underway to unify this for an end user.
