Jul 21, 2021Hi Carol DeMuth, thank you for the question. To clarify here, do the devices show in Azure AD at all, just not with the desired user set as the owner?

They show in Azure AD, but not with the registered owner. We are using Azure AD Connect to enroll devices

Once the first user logs into a co-managed device, that user will be registered as the device's primary user in Intune and also set to the owner in AAD. This functionality was added about a year ago but is not AAD Connect related. If this is not happening (after the first user logs in after the device is successfully co-managed), then you may be hitting an issue that is best handled by opening a support case.- Carol DeMuthJul 21, 2021Copper ContributorThank You. I noticed that newer machines seem to be in both places, but machines that were enrolled over a year ago are not.

For devices enrolled previous to the service side change (which was around this time last year) you will have to manually configure their owner in AAD or use a script to make this change.
