What are the deciding factors for an organization to choose Windows 10 21H2 in place of Windows 11?

    It was mentioned that Windows workstation ready to upgrade to Windows 11 will do so this fall. How will Automatic updates now which machines to upgrade to Windows 11 or Windows 10 21H2?
