It was mentioned that it will be a recommended path to use TPM chips as part of passwordless integration. The issue with using the TPM chips is the limit of users on shared devices. Will there also be a cloud based option for using windows hello in Windows 11 that will overcome this obstacle?

    Should have been more specific. The goal is to use Windows Hello for Business with facial recognition in a hybrid environment. One of the largest obstacles to overcome is the necessity for antiquated methods of passing credentials by federating the environment and using a CA server. Is there going to be a better path using cloud based security to connect to the hybrid environment?
