- RainerP250458Iron Contributorwhy do you at MSTF NEED full Termetry for "Autopatch" ? ... reason behind that : many of our customers (esp. in the financinal and public sector) do not go for that :-(
- Tim_PawasaratIron ContributorOne thing I know my management will push me on for the upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, will be migration of items users have pinned to their Windows 10 Start Menu to the items pinned in their new Windows 11 Start Menu. This does not happen through the feature upgrade path in Intune. Are their plans to incorporate this feature to the path to Windows 11?

Stay tuned as we are constantly working to improve the enterprise feature set. We appreciate your feedback!
- Rob de RoosIron ContributorRegarding Safeguard hold. I find it really hard to see what safeguard hold issues there are. Reporting on issues like this should be way easier. It has been put away soooooo deep. Issues of updates not installing should really be available in an easy to reach dashboard. Will there be any changes on reporting?

Hi Rob,
In most scenarios Update Compliance provides a Safeguard Holds report, as well as queries in the Feature Update Status report, to provide you insight into the safeguard holds that are preventing devices from updating or upgrading. You can find additional details about the issue on the Windows release health dashboard by searching for the safeguard hold ID on the Known issues page for the relevant release.
Still, there are some Safeguard Holds we do not publish, you might see this if a 3rd party is involved. If a Safeguard Hold is not documented and continues to impact your deployment, please open a support ticket.
Thanks,
-Kevin
- Rob de RoosIron ContributorI know where to find them, but in my opinion, they are way to hidden. I am missing an intuitive interface/dashboard. These kinds of issues are now being remediated by 3rd line engineers or even consultants. If easier to find, also 1st or 2nd line engineers could help remediate update issues. Reporting in general is to fragmented throughout the (Intune) management solution(s).
- Paul_WoodwardIron Contributor+1. Also other security features like ASR. Messages are vague, and it's hard to manage required exceptions. Security if great, it really is, but we need to be able to manage it easily to keep users productive and on side.
- Arthur_ReedCopper ContributorThe Windows 11 UI change where taskbar grouping is on and not able to be disabled is annoying.
- Dawn M WertzBrass ContributorI am unable to watch the content is being blocked for "Restricted Mode"

- Dawn M WertzBrass ContributorZscaler is restricting the access. I am working with our security team to attempt to watch
- Paul_WoodwardIron ContributorRegarding WUfB Driver/Firmware updates, we've have some issues with this triggering BItlocker recovery. Is that something you are aware of/improving?? It freaks out end users.

Hi Paul,
Perhaps, the issue you are seeing is related to this issue which was addressed in July. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/kb5012170-security-update-for-secure-boot-dbx-august-9-2022-72ff5eed-25b4-47c7-be28-c42bd211bb15
If you have ruled this issue out please open a support ticket so we can investigate.
Thanks,
-Kevin
- matthewrhodesBrass ContributorSpeaking of Analytics. What are the plans to expand free reporting via Analytics? We currently use Update Compliance, but would love to see this and other reporting expanded upon. Transitioning from SCCM to Intune has been good, but feature lacking, if I am being honest.
- Abdussamed_IbisCopper Contributor+ I have a question similar to Matthew :) Microsoft give us an feature called "Intune Data Warehouse" but there is no too much tables available like "applicationInventories" We need more than this tables 🙂 Thank you in advance.
- Olaf_ThyssenBrass ContributorIs privileged management still working if device is not connected to Internet (somehow cached rules) or are the rules always pulled online from Intune/cloud

Olaf, we have a session on Advance Management that should be able to cover your questions. Introducing advanced endpoint management solutions for Microsoft Intune
- Rob de RoosIron ContributorThe thing my customers are most worried about is the Adoption of the changed UI of Windows 11. I remember years ago there was a similar issue for Office. Back then there was a really handy adoption tool available from Microsoft where a user could click on a before "interactive image" and then would transition to where to find the function in the new version of Office. Sometrhing like that could be so helpfull. Personaly I don't think the step is that big, But especialy for older employees or in certain environments this is an issue we are encountering.

Hopefully the panel's answer will be helpful in encouraging folks to give Windows 11 a try.
