To my understanding, KM (and others) which have extended printer options (especially post-printing options) are not available in MUP. Not sure if they are working on it. But we have to use the KM OEM UP solution if we want these features on the client.

rryoussef, if your KM printers are i-Series MFPs, then we recommend using the Universal Print app offered by KM. You can find more info at Konica Minolta Launches MarketPlace Universal Print App | Konica Minolta.
In regards to your question, as Gary mentioned, many OEM offer their own custom way of offering print options which may not be compatible with Universal Print. Is there a specific print option you are looking for? For reference, Universal Print supports common print options and we've listed them at https://learn.microsoft.com/universal-print/fundamentals/universal-print-supported-print-options.

- Jimmy_WuNov 27, 2023Iron ContributorI recommend filing a support ticket to better facilitate troubleshooting. The KM printer driver may be using custom properties which the Universal Print Connector software is not compatible with, or if the client is using a slightly older Windows 10 release which doesn't have the full support.
