- Locks the local Windows PC, then the user is disconnected from cloud PC but the app states on the Cloud are maintained and the user session is resumed when the user signs in
- Signs out from the local Windows PC, then the user is signed out from the cloud PC as well.. This means that the Cloud PC is disconnected and the apps are all closed. It will be a new session when the user logs in again.

Makes sense that Logging out causes everything to be closed (as if it were shut down), but a disconnection does not close the state and allows it to be resumed.
