What if the endpoints already have Windows Updated managed? Do you have to manage the endpoint updates as part of the Windows 365 Boot configuration?

    We recommend Windows Autopatch. Regular Windows Update Policies will be overwritten. You can modify them easily in the Intune console as we create them based on the prefix defined in the guided flow. We are working on updating the UI flow to pass the Windows Updates settings if you e.g. have Autopatch already enabled.
