I'm with the Customer Experience Engineering part of MEM, meaning I get to work directly with customers in the Education space primarily in North America, but have teammates that work with Education customers in Europe, Australia, and we recently collectively did a ton of work in Japan! The best part of my job is that I get to interact with customers in both the K-12 and Higher Education space to learn how to improve MEM/Intune to make it work better for you!
