Is there a preference on the best way to engage the Edge team? Reddit, Twitter, Tech Community, in-browser feedback, other platforms, or through your Microsoft account team?

We do our best to be everywhere. In terms of bug-reporting, In-browser feedback is the way to go (see https://textslashplain.com/2021/12/01/great-bug-reports-via-recreate-my-problem-in-microsoft-edge/ ) because it lets us see exactly what's going on. We have folks that actively monitor Reddit and Tech Community. Twitter (e.g. @msedgedev ; @ericlaw) is more informal and while it's quick, issues may be overlooked. Your Microsoft Account team is the way to go if you've got a scenario that shouldn't be discussed in public (e.g. you've some internal site that is broken) and for which you need active tracking and case management.
