The the Windows 365 Gov scenario where the desktops live in an Azure Gov subscription, if we are using custom images for the desktops, where are the images managed? Intune or do they reside as a template in Azure Gov subscription?

For Windows 365 Government (GCC and GCCH), the Cloud PC resources all live in Microsoft Azure Government (GCCH). Similarly, the Custom Images you upload will be in the Microsoft Azure Government resources.
