- andreipop940Copper ContributorIf you intend to use Windows 365 for Business, I strongly recommend you don't. As you will see from my previous "question", all of my Windows 365 Business data was wiped by Microsoft because I hadn't manually activated "auto renew". I reactivated it 27 hours after it was suspended, and all my data was gone. Three support technicians have confirmed that all data is erased 24 hours after any payment issues, and cannot be recovered. This is at complete odds with the Answer given to me in this AMA, and at odds with the policies online, but no one will help me. Microsoft 365 support team cannot help, the Windows 365 support team will not help (or even respond to emails). Do not trust Windows 365 with any business critical data. You will live to regret it.

Today's Windows W365 AMA has concluded. Thanks for joining us! We're taking a break in July, but we'll be back in August with more of this monthly AMA series. Stay tuned!
Did you enjoy the event? Let us know in the Comments and keep the conversation going in the Windows 365 Community!- Daniel HarrisBrass ContributorEvent was great, nice to get insight into where Windows365 is going and to be part of the journey. From a small business perspective, it's been brilliant to be able to finally implement this tech and access work resources from anywere; as mentioned VDI has been around for ages but it was never really financially palatable for smaller businesses.. In the past have looked at things like running VMs hosted in Azure, but that just isn't as seamless, doesn't give the simple interface to backup, restore etc. Excited to see Windows 365 evolve and contribute to that through sessions like this
- johnjjohnIron ContributorI know this isn't directly associated to the W365 team, but maybe you can push this to the Intune group. Having support for ChromebookOS in Intune (supervised) using Windows365 is a cost effective solution for front-line workers.
- DeletedWhy would you choose Windows 365 over an Azure Virtual Desktop personal pool experience? The cost is similar, especially when using Azure Reserved Virtual Machine Instances. MEM is supported and if using Azure AD Join it’s extremely simplistic for customers to create this networking requirement inhouse.
- gareth635Brass Contributorare there plans to enable a Windows 365 Cloud PC to join Windows Insider as I'm unable to upgrade to 22h2 insider on my cloud PC as after reboot it stays on 21h2
- Daniel HarrisBrass ContributorWhere can we get support for MMR issues? We are getting grey boxes for all videos. Example is a 4vCPU host (business), the client is a Surface Pro 8 i5. MSRDC on the client is set to insider in registry and the browser extension on host shows the green tick.
- Daniel HarrisBrass ContributorWill nested virtualisation come to the 4vCPU / 16GB SKUs?
- GovGeekBrass ContributorAny plans to improve the ability to easily convert GPO's imported into Intune for computer policy? Appreciate the analytics, but manual creating of OMA-URI/CSP for hundreds of settings is painful. Because of this we still must use AADHJ instead of being fully AAD native.

- Daniel HarrisBrass ContributorWhen is the GPU support going to be released as a preview, will this be available on existing SKUs or will it require a new more expensive SKU?
