Thanks all. So to further explain my future console availability question (similiar to hyper-v) to view the cloud pc start up. My question is in-line with a previous question with a cloud pc in a \"stuck\" state in MEM . Using the Trobleshoot option returns a \"We couldn\'t fix issues with your Cloud PC. Contact your administrator\" The Reprovision option is unavailble because it is in a stuck state. Restarting from MEM and portal page does not resolve. Having a console to see what might actually be happening to the device would be beneficial.
