Hi, how long does it take for a device to see an Windows 11 optional feature update after it has been created in Autopatch?

Does the device need to sync the policy from Intune and then run a Windows Update scan? 

If so, am I right that if we configure policy refresh every 15mins, users could see the feature update 15mins after the policy is created and they run an update scan?
