I will do, as this is a critical function for the Education and wider public sector in EU/UK as we're subject to the PSBAR 2018/ Equality Act 2010. Education here is struggling to meet the requirements particularly in the STT / Captions / Audio Description / Transcripts area. Combination of critical lack or funds, resources, knowledge and skills. In my own institution staff and students have to use labyrinthine processes to generate accurate captions/transcripts for teaching and learning content. We produce vast quantities of content too. It's a major stressor for all.
