In the legal industry, we need to have full control over what apps are allowed in the environment. Currently we have the public store blocked and manage all of our apps from intune via Company Portal. What will happen if we continue to block the store and only use Company Portal?

You can block the Store app and continue to deliver Store apps using Intune with the new solution.
