We have some apps in existing store. Do we have to migrate those apps to new store or will it not be updated automatically. Do we have to re-install existing apps. Please suggest.
Please focus on autopilot with new store.

May 31, 2023Yes, just create new Store apps in Intune for the ones you want to replace. Store sync was shut off last month, so you can delete the MSfB version of the app or wait until mid September were Intune will do a clean up on the backend. As I suggested to another user. Use the app list Filter feature to filter on MSfB app type. You can see a list of the ones you want to replace. That list also shows whether the app has been assigned to any user group, which is handy.
