Jul 28, 2025This was answered earlier in the AMA. The answer is no as this wouldn't really offer any specific benefits. Is there something you are looking to avoid by doing this?

It's more to reduce the migration effort/possible issues. If it's just disabling the sccm MMC config and then installing the standalone MMC on the DP (to keep using the same host), then it's ok
I guess the cache content can't be migrated and will have to be cached with future client request, right?- Jason_SandysJul 28, 2025

Correct. There's really nothing to migrate since MCC only caches content on demand.
