Hi tom_BPC​, can you please expand on exactly what you are asking for here? For Windows Updates, the most granular update that is typically installed is the monthly cumulative update. Are you looking for more granularity than this? If so, that doesn't exist because there is no additional granularity possible since we don't normally release anything more granular that the monthly cumulative updates. This has been the standard since the release of Windows 10. Can you please add some more details here if I'm missing what you are asking for?
