Thx Elmer. As Aria mentioned live, there were some improvements made around the initial provisioning process and first (user) login. Is the issue you're experience related to initial provisioning or is this being observed post provisioning and first login? If post, I'm not aware of anything known.

It is during initial provisioning. These particular CPCs are not logged into initially or may not get used at all. Seems the improvements are working for versions beyond 10.0.2200 since we have been provisioning 22H2 for a few months now and those are not in the report. I heard there is a registry which may help? Thanks

Thx for confirming Elmer. Let me get more info on the improvements and follow up. It's my understanding that the Windows 365 service is responsible for configuring CPCs so that updates install w/out requiring a user login. But yes, there could be a min OS that supports this new functionality as well.
Stay tuned...
