AMA: Managing Windows in the public sector

I'm very sorry I missed the live session. I just listened to it and found it to be very informative. I was hoping you could provide clarity around the following: I work for an MSSP that has a customer that recently migrated from Azure Commerical Cloud to a GCC High environment. They are in the process of replacing their endpoint security solution with Defender For Endpoint. We currently manage their non-Microsoft SIEM solution and have been asked to take on management of the Defender for Endpoint solution. I am try to understand the requirements for our company to provide co-management and monitoring of the Defender for Endpoint solution (part of their GCC High Tenant). Other than being US citizens, are there any other requirements or is there any documentation that you can kindly point me to? Thanks in advance.
