If I add Microsoft Connected Cache to an already in-place distribution point at a location, will all of the content for autopilot be able to be delivered from there (for devices at that location) or will some of it still need to be downloaded over the internet? If I add a task sequence as a step in Autopilot would the content for the sccm-based applications in that task sequence also be on the MCC?

MicrosoftAll Intune managed / "Cloud" content (such as Store app updates, M365 app updates, Windows updates, Drivers, etc) can be delivered from Microsoft Connected Cache that's installed on your distribution point. ConfigMgr content however won't be using MCC.
