We have found that user management has not been as problematic as the printer drivers themselves. I work for an AEC firm that uses specialized printers/plotters that the universal print drivers sometimes don't work with correctly. Is there going to be any flexibility to push the original printer drivers from the host servers?

Our strategy is to move towards using print industry standard protocol. Part of this move is to remove the printer driver maintenance headaches and to support a broader set of client device platforms.
We understand that we have gaps in terms of the various printer device classes our support today. Plotters; wide-format printers; specialty printers; label printers are examples of printer classes that we are continuing to investigate and work with OEMs to enable support for.
