Community ManagerI got the error message when trying to load/refresh a PowerBI template on the web: “Failed to update data source credentials: The credentials provided for the Viva Insights source are invalid.”
Is there an easy way to fix this?

MicrosoftHi Emily, this is an issue we frequently observe, but it's easy to fix. Here's what you can do to resolve it:
- In Power BI, open the Transform data menu and select Data source settings.
- Select Global permissions, select
Viva Insights, and then select Clear permissions. - Select Delete.
- Close Power BI and follow the setup instructions for the applicable Power BI template.
