MicrosoftHi Sophie, this is something we are hearing from a lot of Viva Insights customers, and we are looking into ways to bring collaboration data from third party tools into Viva Insights. In the meantime, here are some ideas:
- While we do not currently measure time in Zoom calls, we do measure the time spent in scheduled meetings (using the scheduled start and end times of the meetings).
- You can work with your Zoom admin to create reports on how people use Zoom calls and upload the data as an HR attribute to Viva Insights. That way, you can analyze Zoom data in Viva Insights queries by adding the HR attributes to your query.
