Excellent question! Viva Insights uses passive behavioral data based on the work people do on M365 to help organizations understand what is working well and what can be improved. For example, it can help identify certain pockets in the organization that may be at risk of burnout due to high collaboration load and long spans. You can also combine these data with organizational context, such as employee engagement scores, performance data or survey responses from Glint or Pulse to better understand the organizational work patterns that lead to the outcomes you care about and ultimately spread all that goodness to the organization. For example, a question in a Glint survey may ask employees whether they feel they have enough clarity to do their jobs. You may look at potential correlations between the responses to the question and find that people with more time in 1:1 meeting with their manager tend to score higher for the survey question. You can then help managers carve out 1:1 time with their reports to help them drive clarity.
