The Copilot Dashboard is a purpose-built experience designed to help business leaders prepare for their Microsoft Copilot rollout, understand and drive usage and adoption, and measure the impact of their investments. 

 

Join this session, led by Dheepak Ramaswamy, Principal PM Manager, to learn about additional insights coming to the Copilot Dashboard in January 2024 that will be available to Viva Insights customers. New metrics that combine Copilot usage data with collaboration and behavioral data provide visibility into how Copilot usage patterns impact factors that influence productivity and engagement. Your analysts can also generate custom reports that provide even deeper views of your Copilot rollout and return on investment.

    The current basic version of the Viva Insight copilot Dashboard do not hold any information/Insights about usage for the M365 copilot chat - will this be added if you have Viva insights premium License.

      I meant, what additional value does having a Viva Insights premium license offer in comparison to the metrics or panels provided by the Copilot Dashboard without the premium license? I Know that we're not required to have a Viva Insights subscription to access the report, and the data stored in Viva Insights is not utilized in generating the report. The report is accessible to us as part of our Microsoft 365 or Office 365 subscription

        Also, what licensing is required at user and tenant level. We have scenarios where user has Copilot but not (viva Inisghts license ( premium one ) or not whole tenant is licensed with Viva Insights, a subset of user base is. Whats the impact on the dashboard in that case?
