Community Manager- I am really excited for Glint to be on a much bigger stage to make even more of an impact for employees and organizations across the globe. With Glint joining Viva, we have a platform to capture the broadest set of direct and indirect signals and access to next-generation AI to offer customers a single solution to improve employee engagement and business performance. Glint has long been a leader in helping organization seek and act on employee feedback to drive continuous improvement. Now with indirect signals, available through Viva Insights, we can give a holistic understanding of how people feel and how people work to identify targeted actions to enhance the employee experience. For example, do people who have more manager 1:1 time have better clarity on their priorities. This specificity drives meaningful improvement.
We did a great webinar a few weeks about about holistic listening. Our speakers, CaribayGarcia , Avneeta_Solanki , and Raphael Andrade Nunes Freire shared guiding principles for combining survey and system data and offered practical suggestions for organizations.
