- We are seeking a solution that allows us to track 3rd party certifications from vendors. Does Skills allow us to set training courses for team members and then monitor when they have been completed?

- Sorry if this is obvious, but do a user's selected skills (from the LI list), both endorsed and not, and the skills from jobs on their LI profile a significant part of what Skills works with? That is, will a person's LinkedIn profile suddenly become much more important as it is directly attached to how they are deployed, developed, and promoted at work?

- How does Skills infer proficiency? Is there a way to connect behavior to results? Are actions being compared to a model or example of some kind...?

- Inference: Can we get a scenario-type response to better understand what signals represent evidence of a skill? For example, how are particular social or leadership skills inferred from Graph data? I'd like to understand what level of inference we can expect.
