Sorry if this is obvious, but do a user's selected skills (from the LI list), both endorsed and not, and the skills from jobs on their LI profile a significant part of what Skills works with? That is, will a person's LinkedIn profile suddenly become much more important as it is directly attached to how they are deployed, developed, and promoted at work?
