Lists - can you share with external users by email address without them being a guest user in the tenant and without opening the form to anyone on the internet?
To clarify, I need to be able to have customers fill out the form. Because they are customers, they are not guest users in Azure AD. With Microsoft Forms, they can only fill out the form if I open the form to anyone. However, that opens the form to everyone on the internet. Anyone who comes across the link could fill it out. I need to be able to limit the ability to fill out the form to just my customers by their email address.
